Rastrapati niwas

Rashtrapati niwas is a grand place in shimla.The rashtrapati niwas formely known as viceregal lodge ,is located on the observatory hills in shimla ,Himachal pradesh ,india .It was formerly the residence of the british viceroy of india.Citizen can now visit the Rashtrapati bhavan in seven time 9:30AM to 4:30 PM on all workind days .All they need to do is to get the registation done on the official wesite and pay the ticket booking fee Rs.50 per visitor circut.

HADIMBA DEVI TEMPLE

Hadimba devi temple stands by a dense cedar forest ,which is a surprise in the otherwise tourist manali.The forest cover around the Hadimba devi temple is impressively thick,sunlight faling to touch the ground at many places.No wonder that the presiding deity of the temple is also known as the forest goddess or the goddess of nature.The temple is built by Maharaja Bhadur Singh in 1533.Devotees believe  that the temple stands at the site ,where hindu deity Hadimba meditated.The reference cnnects the site to the days of Mahabharata.When you mention manali,there is no skipped in mention of the temple manali.If manali was person this temple can rightly be called its heart.The best time of visit the temple  is septamber to april if you wish to beatthe crowd ,else it stays open all though the year.Some even prefer to trek the temple ,which definitely adds to their overall scenic and spritual journey.

KANGRA FORT

Kangra fort was built by the royal rajput family of kangra state ,which traces the origins to the ancient Tagarta Kingdom.It is the largest fort i n the Himalyas and probably the oldest dated fort in india.The history of this fort is very intersting ,esepecialy the fact that so many big rulers were unable to conquer this fort.The fort cnsists so many big temples ,The Laxmi narayan mandir,and the Ambika mata temple which holds the statue of Rishibnatha.

CHAMPAVATI TEMPLE

Champavti temple is in chamba district of Himachal pradesh .It has many temples and other historic places.The city is famous for hosting two major local festivals,the suhi mata mela and the minjar mela.Both these melas last for several days and its celebrated b the local people in the form of dance and music.The mountains of chamba city are also filed with various wall paintings and is famous for its art and craft andtextiles.The champavati temple was built by the kind of chamba for his daughter.The temple is now under the archaelogical survey of india due to its historical importance.

BAIJNATH TEMPLE

Baijnath temple is situated in  kangra.The temple holds ultimate significance to all lord shiva devotes and is considered to be extramely sacred.The water of the temple is believed to be of medicinal value and has the potential tocure several illness and diseases.It is dedicated to Lord shiva as Vaidyanath  the lord of physician.

PRASHAR RISHI TEMPLE

The Prashar Rishi temple is situated along the prasher lake in Himachal pradesh.There are many mysterious stories that exist regarding the formation of this temple .The temple has been made after the epic ,Mahabharat accordings to the epc the famous rishi Prashar meditated on the banks of this river in the centre of the river lies a floating island.The dapth of this river has not been recorded yet by and diver.The temple is an attraction to many hindus throught out the country and the world.This is the most visted place .this lake is beautiful and turism place .You can visit himachal you must visit this place.
